Old Business
- Resolution # 1 – Bieker – last month’s online vote only had 16 votes, the e board discussed the lack of voting and decided that we would re-issue the vote hoping to get a quorum of votes on this Bylaw change. E board acknowledges the need for bylaws updates relating to online voting, abstain options, etc. Online voting for Resolution # 1 ends on February 5th.
- PFFI Spring Convention – Bieker – We are sending 7 brothers to Boise to represent us, we have four resolutions for the body to look at for PFFI.
- Local Coin – Sells/Bieker – Need direction from the local, Brother Sells has cost estimates and a coin idea, what do we want to do?
- Senior Status – Bieker – Warning for those who need to renew their Senior Status this month. (Tosi, Bajadali, Jones, Sowa, Clark)

New Business
- Grievance – The grievance committee is looking at a possible grievance resulting from brothers not reaching the new max wage at 9 ½ years.
- Financial Education Night – Bieker – Financial Education Night is February 23rd at 6 pm, venue to be named later. Representatives from Nationwide and Northwest Mutual Life to present financial impacts of opting out or staying in Social Security.
- Nominations for Union Officer positions – Elections Chair to be appointed.

- Brother Walton – Brother Walton passed away early in January, the e-board voted to send flowers (assistance was offered via card to respect Mrs. Walton’s space) and have a brick dedicated at Hero’s plaza.
