- Meeting called to order by H.C, Koehler president of Spokane firefighters Local 29
- Local 710 officers elected.
Motion passed that union membership would be limited to “paid men in the Fire Dept”.
Motion passed to allow members of the Bay view Naval Base Fire Dept to join 710.
- Many BNBFD members were sworn in over the next few meetings.
- Few regularly attend meetings.
- No BNBFD members noted in minutes or roll call by 1945.

Local 1494 is reassigned it’s original local number by the International Association of Fire Fighters and is once again Local 710.
