- Conservative Sick Leave – Bieker – received response back from City administrator Gabriel, short version – city is willing to increase CSL from 4 to 6 per quarter, looking at details of changing personnel rules
- Pool Table – Hyder – new felt and pockets installed well below budgeted amount, need input on light, sticks, balls??
- Red Shirt Fridays – Sutherland – idea run by Chief Gabriel, he is supportive and may be interested in helping pay for shirts, we will need cost breakdown and sizes

New Business
- Budget – Bieker – E board attended the City’s strategic planning session, short version – projected budget shortfall, looking at options – buyouts, reducing work hours, sabbaticals, furloughs, COLA’s, layoffs. Local received letter from City Administrator Gabriel talking about poor financial outlook and wanting to meet with us to discuss ideas and solutions.
